Program Overview
Program Goal
This course is designed to provide high school students with a comprehensive introduction to the world of television and broadcasting. Through a combination of theoretical study and hands-on practical experience, students will explore various aspects of the television industry, including production techniques, media literacy, storytelling, and broadcasting technologies. Emphasis will be placed on developing critical thinking skills, creativity, teamwork, and communication abilities essential for success in the field of television and broadcasting. Students will engage in a variety of projects, including producing their own news segments, commercials, and short films, as well as analyzing and critiquing existing television programs. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to learn from industry professionals through guest lectures and field trips to local television stations and production facilities.
